Copy of a letter from Tom Miners to Mr Jenner, dated 3 April 1916, gives address as Stile Cottage, Penponds, Camborne.
Tom Miners sent songs from Cornwall to Cecil Sharp in 1912, including songs from S. Heather (probably Sam Heather) and Mr Veale (probably Sidney Veal): Sharp MSS 2744/-, -/2233-4, -/2235-6.
Songs collected by J. E. Thomas and T. Miners in 1924 were printed in the Journal of the Folk-Song Society, 8 (1929). A song in Inglis Gundry, Canow Kernow (Federation of Old Cornwall Societies, 1966), p. 43, was collected by James Thomas and Tom Miners in 1924.
