  O Some they call me bacon fat
  And others turnip head
  I'll prove to you I'm not a flat
  Although I'm country bred

  So I can guide a plough
  Milk a cow , reap & sow
  As Fresh as the daisies in the field
  They call me buttercup Joe

  When we go out hay making
  Ladies they did laugh and [chaff]
  And freedom I would be taking
  They likes to take us on their knee
  In cause of harmless play
  They like to take for country chaps
  And roll us in the hay
